Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on Impasto Studio. By placing an order, you accept them.

Products. We sell digital wallpaper packs as downloadable files. Product pages describe what each pack contains. No physical item is shipped.

Prices and payment. Prices are shown in euros. Payment is due in full at checkout through the payment methods offered on the site.

Delivery. After payment, you receive an email with a download link. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number.

Right of withdrawal. Our products are digital content supplied immediately. By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that delivery starts immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download link has been sent. All sales are final. If a file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded, contact us within 14 days and we will send you a working file.

Licence. All wallpapers are sold under a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. You may use them on your own devices. You may not resell, share, redistribute or use the files commercially, in whole or in part. All designs remain the property of Impasto Studio.

Liability. We are not responsible for how the files display on a specific device or screen, or for any indirect loss arising from their use, within the limits allowed by law.

Personal data. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Applicable law. These terms are governed by French law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
